Lund University was founded in 1666 and is consistently ranked as one of the world's leading universities. We have approximately 46,000 students and 8,500 employees in Lund, Helsingborg, and Malmö. We are united in our strive to understand, explain, and improve our world and human conditions.
Job Description
The position is located at the Department of Industrial Electrical Engineering and Automation (IEA), LTH, Lund University. We conduct cutting-edge research and education on how electrical energy systems can be developed for a sustainable future, with a particular focus on technology and systems for electrical and electromechanical energy conversion. The department has extensive experimental activities in both basic education and research. Operations are located at LTH in Lund and at LTH Campus Helsingborg.
Our newly renovated laboratories are specially built to perform advanced experiments in power electronics and electromechanical energy conversion on systems up to 200 kW and 1500 V. This includes detailed measurements and modeling of components and systems.
You will join an international team of engineers and researchers, collaborating with the department's research leaders and doctoral students. The team's role includes, among other things, the design of components and systems in power electronics and electromechanical energy conversion, related measurement systems, as well as modeling and analysis.
